We have been extremely busy since our last blog post. Since April, we have let go our nanny and transitioned Miranda to the awesome school she has been on the waiting list for since before she came home from Kazakhstan. We also switched Miranda from a developmental teacher to a bona fide speech therapist. Between these two things, Miranda's vocabulary has quadrupled in the last month. She has also learned bad habits from other kids and has officially entered the terrible twos. We made the call last weekend that there is a moritorium on sit-down resturants.
At work, Ben's law firm disolved to release one of the named partners, then reformed with a brand new name. The good news - the only real impact is that Ben needs new business cards. I have had multiple major projects kick-off and have been working with one fewer employee than usual.
We have had lots of fun this month and I will try to catch you up with more details (and pictures) over the week.
