Kazapalooza Pic

Once again, it is time to send in pictures for the Kazapalooza slide show.  Since this poll was so popular last year, I thought I would run it again.  You have a week to vote on your favorite picture of Miranda.

Nature

The other day Miranda requested some juice.  I pulled out the apple juice that had been in the fridge for .... a while.  I told Miranda that she would be getting cranberry juice instead since there was something growing in the apple juice.  She ran into the living room and told Ben, "Dad!  There's nature in the apple juice!"

Random Cuteness

February's big happening was the rodeo.  I haven't had time to sort through those pictures yet, so until then, here is some random cuteness.

Xmas card rejects

Over the last few weekends we've been trying to get an awesomely cute picture of Miranda for our Christmas cards. Here are the ones that didn't make the cut.

Pat-A-Cake

Here's is Miranda's version of Pat-A-Cake as relayed to me this morning.

Pat-it
Pat-it
Bacon man
roll it, pat-it, ME!

Hmmm...maybe I need to work on my enunciation.

How old?

Two old. That's the answer Miranda gives when you ask her how old she is going to be on her birthday. No, I say, Mommy's going to be too old, you are going to be two YEARS old. Ah, the adorable results of a limited vocabulary.

At least she tried ...

Miranda loves to sort laundry. When ever I'm folding her laundry I let her play with the bibs and the washclothes becuase she will seperate them and sort them into different piles. She also likes to take the clothes out of the one dresser drawer that is easy enough for her to open. She'll bring all the clothes into the living room and can entertain herself with laundry sorting for close to half an hour. When she's done I make her take all the clothes back to her room and put them back in the drawer, although I do most of the work. Last week she was playing in her room while I was doing odd jobs around the house. I came in later and found this. I am really impressed that she got this far in putting away all the clothes, all on her own.

Mail

Everyday when I get home from work, Miranda and I walk the nanny out and we check the mail. Miranda loves to help me go through the mail. She'll shred credit card offers and magazines for me. She also like to read the grocery store adds. Now if only I can get her to make the shopping list ....
