Water Play

When Miranda was at day care, they had water day every Wednesday. Well, they had water day every Wednesday for three weeks and then cancelled it since San Antonio entered Stage II water restrictions. Since then, Miranda has only had water play over the Fourth of July weekend at my friend Crystal's house, and, well, bath time. And frankly, you should see how much water this girl can splash out of a baby bath tub. Since Miranda is home with a nanny now, we bought her a baby pool and decided to try it out this morning.

She was pretty pleased with the experience. So pleased in fact that she would not sit still. She crawled out of the pool, then back in the pool, then out again and walked around the deck, then in, then out to look at the wind chimes, etc., etc., etc. She was a serious spaz. Ben thinks it is because this was the first time in a week she had been outside, she just wanted to see and do everything at once. Hopefully the weather will get back to normal soon (low to mid 90's) and Miranda can enjoy a little more outside time.
